Travel Consulting Retainer Agreement
In order to begin the professional services required to assist you in evaluating multiple potential travel options, a Travel Consulting retainer of $250 required. This retainer is non-refundable.
Travel Consulting services involve much time and research and are based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. Research includes, but is not limited to: destinations, hotels and tours. Suppliers may be contacted, transportation coordinated and itineraries drafted. Should you choose a final itinerary, for travel at an unspecified future date; at that future date, you may choose to engage the services of JMorris Travel to provide assistance so that you may have as positive an experience as is possible. Traveler understands and acknowledges that unforeseen events and circumstances are associated with and can happen during travel, at any time.
At a future date, when you choose an itinerary, you will be able to review and decide whether you are ready to book the travel as is or if you want to request modifications.
The Travel Consulting retainer is earned by JMorris Travel as payment for services rendered, whether or not, you choose to book your travel, at a future date with JMorris Travel.
TOTAL FEE DUE: $250 for travel consulting. At this signing, the destination, cost and date of travel are undefined. Travel may or may not be taken at traveler’s discretion. This is not considered in any way a deposit for any future travel.
