A Gift Of Travel

The stockings were hung...

Today, thoughts turn to last minute gifts.  

We are all busy and things fall through the cracks.  We know.  We all do it.  We start off with good intentions, but we end up gong in five million different directions and somehow before we know it - Christmas Eve is here and we have forgotten an important gift!

​Who did you forget this year?

Or maybe that annoying sibling, the one who always manages to out do you every year when it comes to gifts for your parents or grand parents, has gotten them the gift that makes yours seem so unimportant (at least in YOUR eyes, because as a parent and grand parent I can tell you they are all equal!).

​What do you do to make sure it doesn't happen next year? 

No, I don't have a Magic Wand, or a Fairy Godmother to help you out this year, but maybe I can help next year.  ​

Next year, think about giving them the experience and memories of Travel.  

As a grandparent, I can tell you nothing quite equals spending time with my grandchildren. Seeing the joy in their eyes as they experience something new, or see something magical for the first time! Add that to a Trip or Cruise and you have the beginnings of a Magical present!  (then, to show that you are the 'bigger' sibling, make sure the other siblings have the opportunity to either go on the trip or to send their precious angels as well.  I promise you, your Parents WILL LOVE it!

As for the person on your list that you forgot - well, you are on your own for this year, but if they are important to you (like live in your house important) print out a gift certificate good for a nice romantic cruise.  Then call me on Monday to get it on the books.  You know...you have to wait to check their schedule before you book it!
