Usually you want to go when its not busy or when it is least expensive, or both! But these days, the crowds are always moderate to heavy and the prices are never going to be like they were years ago. I n other words, those. Free Dining days with low crowds of early Fall are long gone. Although, if you are a Disney+ member, right now there is a pretty sweet deal going on! The best time to go is the best time for your family. If ytour family can only go during the heat of the summer, then THAT is the best time to go! Of course, you take breaks, drink lots of water, and take advantage of the extended hours at night; but it is still the best time for your family! If the middle of winter is the best time for your family to go, then that is the best time! It seems that every season. Disney has something special going on. I've been there during every season and I love them all! February is great when there is snow at home and we are swimming at the resort! Spring is a great time to see the wonderful flowers, and Fall is great to see the CUTE Halloween decorations. C Christmas is fantastic with the Holiday decorations and activities. Of course, even summer is fun when we take a mid day break to swim and nap and come back to take advantage of the much longer hours! In other words, there is no really bad time to visit. Although I would advise against visiting on Christmas Day and New Years Eve! Those two days almost always seem to hit capacity and are very, very congested. Although, knowing what to expect, there are lots o f people who love to visit at that time! In fact I was speaking to one yesterday. She said sitting and people watching is her favorite pastime.
